The Site provides information about Novara’s recruitment services, the Novara Network and Circle programmes, and how to engage with Novara as a client or contractor.
The Site is informational. It is not a contract, an offer to contract, or financial, legal, or career advice.
Novara Search operates in compliance with all applicable employment, immigration, tax, and data protection regulations in the jurisdictions in which it engages clients and contractors.
You may use the Site for lawful personal and business purposes connected to evaluating or engaging Novara’s services. You agree not to:
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, design elements, the Novara Search name, the Novara Network and Novara Circle names, the Founding Navigator concept, and the Site’s overall design — is owned by or licensed to Novara and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without Novara’s prior written consent.
Where you contact Novara through the Site (by email, form, or other channel), you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Novara handles personal data in accordance with its Privacy Notice.
Submissions are not confidential unless Novara expressly agrees in writing. Submitting a CV, profile, or business enquiry does not create any agreement, employment relationship, or obligation on Novara to engage with you commercially.
Information about the Novara Network and Novara Circle on the Site is descriptive only. Membership is by invitation, subject to vouching, and governed by the Member Agreement, which is a separate binding contract executed by each Member.
Statements about referral fees, the Annual Activity Floor, the Circle pool, priority access, and any other Programme mechanic are subject to the terms of the Member Agreement. Where there is any inconsistency between the Site and the Member Agreement, the Member Agreement prevails.
The Site may link to third-party websites (including LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and others). Novara is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites. Links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.
The Site is provided “as is”. Novara does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novara excludes all implied warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novara is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Novara’s total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to SGD 100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of law (including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence).
